1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with your tracking number.

  • Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or launching a new viral collection, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer flat-rate and premium shipping options depending on your location. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier complications, but we always monitor shipments to ensure they arrive smoothly.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours. You can track your package directly on our integrated "Track Order" page or via the carrier's website.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Meow Luxury is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages and Lost Packages

  • If you receive your order damaged, or if the package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and take clear photos so we can process a replacement for you under our premium care warranty.

Incorrect Shipping Address Warning

We want to ensure your kitties get their items quickly! Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Meow Luxury is not responsible for orders that are undelivered or delivered to the wrong location due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase.
